A message to our clients about COVID-19 Coronavirus

The spread of coronavirus (COVID-19) is on all our minds and in the news. We’d like to reassure you that we have been monitoring this situation closely to ensure we can meet the ongoing needs of our customers. Our goal is to help our clients experience as little impact as we possibly can while we support the health and safety of our team members and the community.

In order to support public health, plus protect your health and our team’s, we are halting all in-person meetings for now. As we understand this may be inconvenient, we are always happy to work with you via video conference or ­­­phone call. In doing so, we support the CDC’s recommendation of social distancing.

We encourage clients to upload tax documents to the secure portal, fax, mail or drop off in our night deposit box. We have the capability that allows you to sign your tax return electronically, when needed. You can drop off documents in person at our office, but we strongly recommend sending them electronically if possible.

We want you to know that our priority is your and your family’s health and wellbeing — that goes for our team members and our clients. At this time, our offices are still open, but any employee who is feeling ill or has a fever is instructed to stay at home.

There are a lot of unknowns in the world around us right now, including the extent of the business disruption that will take place. We will support the recommendations of our health officials to limit the spread of COVID-19 while we continue working as your business partner, watching out for your best interests.
